Aqua Link's Pocono Field Office is located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains on Lake Wallenpaupack in Pike County, Pennsylvania. Our professional team of aquatic biologists, fishery managers, and professional pond and lake managers are in northern Pennsylvania and New Jersey on a weekly basis to meet our northern clients' needs.

We are also distributors for Keeton Solaer solar aeration systems and we manufacture our own line of diffused air aeration systems (bubblers) under the Hydro Logic AirLift Aeration name. Hydro Logic aeration systems are sold to improve pond and lake water quality throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Ed Molesky is the President of Aqua Link Pond and Lake Management. Mr. Molesky received his B.S. Degree in Biology and M.S. Degree in Environmental Pollution Control from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Lake Manager (CLM) through the North American Lake Management Society (NALMS). Ed has over 30+ years of experience in water resources management and has participated in over 100 major lake, stream and watershed studies in ten different states.
Mr. Molesky has extensive experience in all aspects of lake, stream and watershed management including study design, water quality monitoring, data analysis and interpretation, evaluating of best management practices (stream, lake and watershed), developing comprehensive management plans (lake management plans and watershed management plans), and report preparation. Ed Molesky routinely evaluates and implements in-lake best management practices including aeration, lake limiing, nutrient inactivation using alum and phoslock, and algae and aquatic vegetation (aquatic weed) control.
Over the years, Mr. Moleksy has performed numerous lake studies for local, state and federal agencies, local municipalities and private lake and watershed associations. Some of the major lake studies that he managed include the following: Lake Galena, Marsh Creek Lake, Lake Heritage, Canoe Creek Lake, Bradford Lake, Tinkwig Lake, Lake Ariel and many more. Ed Molesky also developed stream and watershed management plans for Aquetong Creek, Cooks Creek, Little Neshaminy Creek and countless others. Ed Molesky also oversees the annually monitoring programs at Lake Wallenpaupack and numerous lakes and streams throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Ed has served on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS) for 20+ years. Over this period, he has served as the PALMS’ President (3 terms), Eastern Regional Director, Treasurer, Newsletter Editor, and Webmaster. Mr. Molesky is one of the co-authors of the PA Lake Management Handbook, which was published by the PA DEP and the PALMS. Major sections of this handbook written by Mr. Molesky were lake best management practices, pond and lake aeration, and aquatic plant control techniques.
Ed is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys any kind of boating and fishing. Ed is married and loves spending time with his wife, Kim, their three children and golden retriever.
Andrew Link is the Director of Aquatic Field Services at Aqua Link Pond and Lake Management. He has over 20 years of work-related experience in water resources management. Mr. Link participated in numerous lake studies and watershed projects funded by various local government agencies, and private lake associations. In addition to lake studies and watershed projects, Mr. Link is experienced in performing wetland determinations and delineations including preparation of wetland applications, stream studies, soil testing, environmental assessments, and project planning for new subdivisions.
Andrew Link is highly knowledgeable in water quality data analysis and interpretation associated with water quality modeling to incorporate best management practices and lake restoration techniques. Mr. Link routinely evaluates watershed best management practices to control nonpoint sources of pollution to receiving waters and in-lake restoration techniques to improve water quality. Mr. Link is also very knowledgeable in algal control, aquatic plant control, lake aeration, and fisheries management.
Andrew Link also has participated in numerous pond and lake studies, lake and pond treatments, and restoration projects that were funded by the private sector. At Aqua Link, Inc., Mr. Link commonly participated in water quality monitoring, fishery surveys, macrophyte assessments, as well as treatments for problematic flora. These studies involved lake water quality data collection and analysis often to develop comprehensive lake management plans. Some of these projects include Fawn Lake (Pike County, PA), Westcolang Lake (Pike County, PA), Tinkwig Lake (Pike County, PA), Lake Ariel (Wayne County, PA) and Amwell Lakes (Hunterdon County, NJ).
While employed elsewhere, Andrew Link took part in water quality monitoring, fishery surveys and relocations, macrophyte assessments, treatments for problematic flora, lake shoreline restoration, algae and aquatic insect identification and enumeration, as well as preparation of lake survey reports. A partial list of the projects that Mr. Link participated in from the private sector while employed at Allied Biological, Inc. include the following: Big Bass Lakes (Lackawanna County, PA), Highland Lakes (Sussex County, NJ), Mountain Lakes (Morris County, NJ), Green Pond (Morris County, NJ), Upper Greenwood Lake (Passaic County, NJ), and Fayson Lakes (Morris County, NJ),
In addition, Mr. Link took part in water quality monitoring, treatments for problematic vegetation, algae identification and enumeration, and surveying for problematic flora at several reservoirs and lakes funded primarily by government agencies. Some projects that Andrew Link has participated in include Short Hills Reservoirs (Essex County, NJ), Glendola Reservoir (Monmouth County, NJ), Swimming River Reservoir (Monmouth County, NJ), and the Star Lakes Complex (Passaic County, NJ)
At the Pennslyvania Fish and Boat Commission Area 5 in Bushkill, PA, Andrew Link obtained an internship. While at the PA Fish and Boat Commission, Mr. Link worked as a Fisheries Biologist and performed tasks such as trap and gill netting, fish identification and age determination, American Shad research, and the operation of the Easton and Chain Dam Fishways. A partial list of fishery surveys included locations such as Duck Harbor Pond, Minsi Lake, and the Promised Land Lakes.
