Hydro Logic Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Hydro Logic Pond Aerator and Lake Aeration Systems

Hydro Logic Products - An Overview

Hydro Logic Products is one of the premier manufacturers of aeration systems for ponds, lakes, reservoirs, marinas and stormwater retention basins (pond aerator, pond aerators, pond aeration systems, lake aeration systems). Hydro Logic also provides cost-effective and innovative aeration solutions for commercial and industrial applications including the oil and gas and mining industries.  Whether you have a ¼ acre pond or a 100+ acre lake, Hydro Logic Products can improve the water quality of your waters.

Hydro Logic also sell a wide variety of pond management and lake management products including it's own line of pond and lake bacteria (MicroLife Clear & MicroLife Clear Max) and pond dyes (AquaSplash Blue & Black Pond Dye). MicroLife Clear Max is specifically designed for larger lakes and reservoir systems.

Hydro Logic AirLift Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Hydro Logic Products offers two different aeration system product lines with ten different models to meet all of your pond aeration (pond aerator, pond aerators) and lake aeration needs. In addition, Hydro Logic Products builds custom pond and lake aeration systems for those customers with larger bodies of water.

Hydro Logic Products AirLift pond aeration and lake aeration systems are designed and built to completely mix and aerate ponds, lakes, reservoirs and marinas. All of our AirLift and AirLift XL pond aerators and lake aerator systems were designed and field-tested by a team of highly qualified and experienced professional lake managers and engineers. Our pond aeration and lake aeration systems use billions of micron sized bubbles to cost effectively control algae, improve water quality, increase water clarity, prevent fish kills and reduce the risk of spreading West Nile virus.

AirLift vs AirLift XL Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

The AirLift series are used for ponds (pond aerator, pond aerators) and lakes with maximum water depths up to 50+ feet. AirLift™ aeration systems contain up to six AirPod air diffusers. Each AirPod contains a single EPDM tubular air diffuser. Conversely, the AirLift XL series are most often installed in deeper ponds and lakes with maximum water depths ranging from approximately 20 to 35 feet. Therefore, owners of deep ponds and lakes can take advantage of this fact by installing our AirLift XL aeration systems. This can often result in a substantial cost savings since less weighted air supply tubing is needed.

AirLift XL aeration systems contain up to four AirPod XL air diffusers. Each AirPod XL contains dual EPDM tubular air diffusers for maximum water lifting and mixing capabilities. AirLift and AirLift XL aeration systems are equipped with the highly reliable, energy efficient dual piston air compressors. Compressed air from the compressors is transported to AirPod and AirPod XL air diffusers using uniquely fabricated, sinking air supply tubing called DownUnder sinking or self weighted aeration tubing. Overall, Hydro Logic’s AirPod and AirPod XL air diffusers were carefully designed to maximize water lift rate and transfer rate of dissolved oxygen to the surrounding lake waters.

The AirPod and AirPod XL air diffusers are installed along the lake bottom and release billions of tiny bubbles. Most of the bubbles typically range in size from 500 to 1,000 microns in diameter. Next, these micronsized bubbles force deep lake waters to the surface, thereby resulting in complete lake mixing. In addition, dissolved oxygen is readily transferred from these tiny air bubbles to the surrounding lake waters.

More About Hydro Logic Aeration

AquaMaster Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Aquamaster pond aeration system

AquaMaster - An Overview

AquaMaster (AquaMaster) is recognized throughout the world as one of the premier manufacturers of fountains and aeration equipment (pond aerators). AquaMaster carries three lines of floating fountains: Masters Decorative Series, Masters Series and Celestial Series. In addition, AquaMaster has five different types of pond aerators and lake aerators: Oxymax Series, Ultimax Series, Volcano Series, Hydromax Series and the AquaAir Series.

AquaMaster AquaAir Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

AquaMaster (AquaMaster) AquaAir provides ponds (pond aerator, pond aerators) and lakes (lake aeration systems) with superior aeration, circulation, and destratification. Dissolved oxygen (DO) levels are increased throughout the entire water column with the use of bottom-mounted diffusers. The diffusers employ a super fine micro-bubble technology resulting in high diffuser oxygen transfer rates (OTR).

The micro-bubbles draw water from the pond floor to the surface where atmospheric oxygen is absorbed and then transferred throughout the water column. This process provides excellent deterrence to thermal stratification (layers of different temperature within the water). The air diffusers are connected by self-weighted Super Sink air supply tubing to an enclosure. The enclosures contain one of four compressor sizes. System sizes range from 1/3 to 1 HP and operate with one to six diffusers.

Kasco Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Kasco Marine - An Overview

Kasco (Kasco Marine) manufacturers a wide range of aerating decorative fountains and pond aerators, which are available in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 2, 5 and 7.5 HP sizes. The most popular Kasco fountains for pond and lakes are the J Series and the VX Series. Kasco Marine also builds pond and lake aeration systems, industrial strength pond aerators, water circulators and deicers.

Kasco Robust Aire Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Kasco Robust Aire pond (pond aerator, pond aerators) and lake aeration systems provide deep water aeration for ponds and lakes. Diffused aeration is an effective method of aeration for ponds with depths greater than 8 feet. By using compressed air injected directly into the bottom of pond, a continuous flow of water is moved upward and thousands of gallons of water are mixed with little expended energy.

A Robust Aire energy efficient compressor injects air to the bottom of your pond with weighted, SureSink air line and into the Robust Aire diffuser assembly. The diffuser breaks up the air into micro bubbles which rise to the surface. The rising of the air bubbles creates current, which transfers low-oxygen water to the surface, allows it to contact the atmosphere, and breathe. Temperature layers are disrupted and fish are able to inhabit the entire water column. Oxygen levels increase and harmful gases in the pond water are expelled.

Airmax Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Airmax - An Overview

Airmax is a company that manufacturers pond and lake aeration systems (pond aerator, pond aerators) and carries it's own line of pond management products. In the past several years, Airmax introduced it's first water fountain to the market -  Airmax EcoSeries water fountains.

Airmax Pond & Lake Aeration Systems

Airmax carries four different lines of pond aerators: Shallow Series, Shallow HP Series, Pond Series and Lake Series. The two Shallow Series product lines are an inexpensive option for ponds generally less than 1/2 acre in size.

The Shallow Water Series™ Aeration Systems provide multiple plates to provide evenly distributed aeration in shallow water applications without forcing customers into large cost-prohibitive aeration units. Designed specifically for use in shallow water, our Shallow Water Series™ Aeration Systems aerate ponds up to 1/2 surface acre at 6’ deep.

The Shallow Water HP Series™ Aeration Systems provide multiple plates to provide evenly distributed aeration in shallow water applications without forcing customers into large cost-prohibitive aeration units. Our high pressure system built with SilentAir™ rocking piston compressor last longer compared to other diaphragm compressors on the market today. Designed specifically for ponds and lakes up to 1/2 surface acre at 10’ deep.

Airmax's most popular aeration systems, the PondSeries™ Aeration Systems can to aerate ponds up to 8 acres. Their single air diffuser system is excellent for smaller or regularly shaped ponds while the 8 air diffuser tackles larger water bodies up to 8 acres, or ponds with an irregular shape that require precision plate placement for even circulation. All PondSeries™ Systems are designed to aerate pond up to 21′ deep, but can aerate up to 50′ deep when a Deep Water Kit (sold separately) is added.

The LakeSeries Aeration Systems are capable of aerating even the largest ponds and lakes. Their our LakeSeries™ Aeration Systems are powerful enough to aerate ponds up to 6 acres with a single system.
